WuXi AppTec Co (SS:603259) shares rose on Monday after the company said its board has approved the payment of a 2025 interim dividend, citing the company’s solid operating results and positive outlook.
The distribution of 3.50 yuan for every 10 shares, amounting to a total of 1 billion yuan, will be paid on Sept. 26, 2025, the company said on Sunday.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the company rose 2.5% to HK$113.1, while Shanghai-listed stock traded 0.7% higher at 109.55 yuan.
"Based on the positive expectations on the future development of the Company, and with reference to the operating results and the overall financial status of the Company, the Board declared the 2025 Mid-Year Dividend Distribution," the company said in a statement.
